My Journey
I built a life that looked exactly right from the outside.
Stanford degree, MBA, consulting career working with Fortune 100 companies, and a long-term relationship that became a marriage. By every conventional measure, I was succeeding. What I couldn't see yet was that I had built all of it on top of someone else's blueprint.
Beneath the accomplishments was a woman who didn't fully trust herself, who used achievement as a substitute for self-knowledge, and who had no real relationship with what she actually wanted. I was good at performing the life I was supposed to want. I just didn't know yet that it wasn't mine.
Then everything unraveled. I experienced a serious health crisis that forced me to completely rethink how I was living. I left my career. My marriage ended. I lost the home, the community, and the identity that had organized my life. What followed was one of the hardest and most clarifying periods I've ever moved through. When the external scaffolding came down, I finally had to ask the questions I'd been outrunning for years.
What do I actually value? What does my body really need? What kind of life do I want to build, not copy?
It took years to answer those questions honestly. Therapy, coaching, and daily inner work helped me completely rebuild my relationship with my health, my body, and my sense of purpose. I didn't find a better system to follow. I learned how to stop following systems that were never designed for me.
Today my life is authentically mine. Not perfect. Not finished. But genuinely mine.
That's the work I do with women now. Not because I found a formula that worked. Because I've lived the cost of ignoring what's true for you, and I know what becomes possible when you choose differently.
My work adheres to the ethics of both the International Coaching Federation and the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching, ensuring confidentiality and clarity about the coaching relationship.
