You've done the work, followed the plans, and pushed harder than most people would.

But something has shifted, and the approach that used to work for your body and health isn't working anymore.

This isn't a motivation problem. It's a framework problem.

The women I work with are high-achieving, self-aware, and tired of outsourcing their health to someone else's system. They're not looking for another plan to follow. They're ready to build something that actually fits who they are and how they live.

HOW THIS WORKS

Coaching is client-led. You set the direction. You decide what we focus on in session. My job is to help you get honest about what's actually in the way so you can move forward through imperfect action.

Sessions are 60 minutes at $200 per session. Most clients do meaningful work over four to six months, meeting twice a month. That's the rhythm that tends to be most effective, though it's a shared expectation rather than a contract.

I work with a small number of clients at a time. That's intentional.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You're probably in the right place if you've been through enough personal development work to know that real change is rarely linear. You're ready to show up even when it gets uncomfortable, and you're looking for a thinking partner, not someone to hand you the answers.


GETTING STARTED

Start by completing my intake form. I review every submission personally. If it feels like a potential fit, I'll reach out to schedule a free 15 minute introductory call so we can both decide if this is the right fit at the right time. There's no obligation on either side until we've had that conversation and you’re ready to book your first session.
