What services do you provide?

I offer one-on-one health and life coaching and astrology sessions for women navigating meaningful life transitions. Coaching helps you slow down, connect with what's actually true for you, and move forward with clarity and intention. Astrology helps you understand your timing, recognize your patterns, and see what's possible in the chapter you're moving through now. I also offer digital products and subscriptions in my Store.

Who do you work with?

I work with women who have already navigated significant personal work and are ready for a deeper level of support. They're high-achieving, values-driven, and done outsourcing their wellbeing to quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. They want a trusted partner who can help them slow down and do the real work of creating a life that actually matches who they are.

How do you work with clients?

Coaching sessions are 60 minutes, and most clients meet twice a month over four to six months. That's the rhythm that tends to be most effective, though it's a shared expectation rather than a contract. Initial astrology sessions are 60 minutes. Astrology follow-up sessions are 30 minutes.

What is your approach with clients?

My coaching style is collaborative. Sessions are non-judgmental and client-led. You set the direction. I ask discerning questions, listen to what you are saying between the lines, and help you understand what’s going on at a deeper level so you can get clear and move forward with intention.

How are sessions conducted?

Virtual sessions are conducted through video call software. Coaching appointments are scheduled after your intake form is reviewed and we agree it’s the right fit at the right time. Astrology sessions are booked directly through my scheduling page at janessanickell.as.me.

What are your prices?

Coaching sessions are $200 for 60 minutes. Astrology sessions are $200 for 60 minutes. Astrology follow-up sessions are $100 for 30 minutes. Digital products and subscription services are listed in the Store.

What are your hours?

My sessions with clients are generally between 11:00AM and 3:00PM Central Time Zone Monday-Friday. I adjust my calendar in advance of holidays and other planned out-of-office periods so there are adequate time slots available for my clients.

How do I start?

For coaching, complete my Intake Form so I can get to know you. After I review your form I'll reach out to schedule a free 15 minute introductory call so we can both decide if this is the right fit at the right time.
